Zoli Bot Sippy Cup
The Small Fry has been drinking from a straw for over a month now and he almost instantly learned it with the Zoli Bot sippy cup. He’s been using his Think Baby trainer sippy before we started giving him the Zoli sippy which I bought from Tottini, an awesome local children store in Seattle. It says on the box that it’s recommended for 9+ months but I thought the Small Fry could try using it a month early.
This sippy cup is BPA free and it has what they called the siliflex-straw technology which is designed with a nitrosamine-free silicone straw and weighted ball that can move to the liquid regardless of how the cup is tilted so that your little one can sip up every last drop. I absolutely love how the straw is soft so it won’t hurt his gums.
It really makes me smile when I watch him drink his water from a straw – he looks like a big boy!

This looks great! I wish I had known about these with my first little man. I’m totally getting some for little man #2.

I know you aren’t to this stage yet but have you seen these:

I’m looking into getting one for Lil Hoot. She does okay with a regular cup but often drowns herself or dumps it. I don’t feel the need to insist she learn to drink from a valved cup and I feel like this is a great alternative!

Charity, that looks cool! Let me know how you like it if you end up getting one.

Small Fry is so cute! I wish you luck in weaning him. Both my girls decided that they loved the bottle better then me. Little J lasted 6 weeks until I went to work and then a couple weeks at night. I pumped for awhile but then it was too much.
